As a gardener I may be slightly biased, but I consider the garden to be as important as any room in the house, perhaps more so. I offer an extensive range of services to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your property and maximise your garden's potential.
Whether you’re looking to create a space to entertain or an area to relax in at the end of the day, I will work with you to create a custom, unique outdoor space. In our first consultation I’ll discover your requirements and needs before designing a stunning finished landscape to suit your budget.

Garden Design
My process always begins with a meeting in your space to discuss how you use, or would like to use, your space. I can then gather all the information I need to start your design. This first meeting is a great opportunity to talk through your vision for the space with me, along with the specific plants and structures you may like.
If you’re unsure about specific plants just let me know the colours, textures and scale of the planting and I can provide a list of available plants to suit your space.
The design can now evolve in a relaxed way, with as much or as little input from yourself, until we settle on the right plan for you. You will receive finished hand drawn plans that you can refer to as we start the physical side of the job. Again, at this stage you can choose your level of involvement should you wish to get stuck in we can work together, and I can talk you through the various hints and tips in planting and caring for your new space.
Should you wish to sit back with a nice glass of wine and watch the space take shape (who can blame you), that’s fine too!
Garden Maintenance
I offer services in garden upkeep to suit most levels of care, whether you need a lawn trim or hedge cut, flower beds weeded, or roses dead headed, I'm here to help.
Carpentry
From decking to pergolas, I can design and build structures to suit your garden.

Soil Testing
If you’re thinking of investing in new plants and want to make sure they will grow in your soil, I would recommend soil testing. I will arrive at site, take samples from around the garden and provide you with a document telling you if your soil type works for your desired plants.
Should the soil prove to be unsuitable, I can also provide you with a list of plants that will work in your space.
